EZ Shadow
Privacy Policy

The short version
EZ Shadow works without an account. Your recordings are transcribed to score you and are not kept. If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email and practice history so it syncs across devices, and you can delete all of it from Settings at any time. We do not sell your data or show ads.
What we collect and why

Videos are played through YouTube's embedded player, which is covered by Google's privacy policy. Subtitle text (not your voice) may be machine-translated through Cloudflare Workers AI.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database, runs transcription and translation, and stores shared recordings.
- Google provides sign-in, Analytics and the YouTube player.
We share data with no one else, and never sell it.
Your choices
- Delete everything: Settings, Account, "Delete account and data". This removes your account, history and sessions from our database. Feedback you sent is deleted separately, see Contact.
- Delete shared recordings: Settings, Account, "Delete shared recordings".
- Keep your voice on your device: Settings, Speech recognition, "Local model" (English only).
- Local data: clearing this site's data in your browser removes history stored there.
- Analytics: a browser extension or Google's opt-out add-on blocks it.
Children
EZ Shadow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted in the app.
